Good morning Yogis and Yoginis!
I hope you all had a wonderful summer!

This summer for me, has been one of reflection and contemplation. As many of you know, I also run a business alongside my husband as well as a family. Things are very busy at the moment and I have many commitments and projects coming up from now until Christmas.

As a result, I have made the decision to put my yoga teaching on hold for the moment. If I do something I like to do it well and I feel I can’t give my classes the preparation time I prefer to do at this point in time.

It has been a fantastic experience over the last year or so and I have learned so much from you all. I would like to thank you all for coming along and supporting me during my teacher training and beyond! The journey is certainly not over and I will be coming back to teaching as soon as possible.

There are a couple of you who paid up front for classes who have two lessons left. I am more than happy to offer you a one hour one to one class so for those of you interested (you know who you are!) please send me a message and I will be in touch soon.

I hope you have either found yoga or re discovered yoga during your time with me and felt the many healing benefits yoga can bring. I urge you all to keep practising even if just for ten minutes a day at home, as I know you will find the joy, freedom and bliss within.

I can also recommend a couple of local yoga teachers who I personally resonate with if you would like a recommendation for classes locally. Please once again, message me if you would like further information.

Thank you once again for all of your support and do remember, yoga is very much about the journey within and keep on moving.

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the marvellous summer we are having!?

There is some beautiful soulful yoga to look forward to on Thursday evening this week and next week we shall enjoy a completely restorative practice before we all set off for the summer holidays! I think we all deserve it after a busy few weeks.

Everyone is welcome so do come along. I have posted my timetable here for your information too.

I’ve had an amazing time in London over the last five very intensive days, doing some more yoga training with this lovely bunch of yogis!

I’m now trained to teach 11-24 year olds too which is so exciting! This summer holidays I shall mostly be writing lesson plans and hope to take the wonderful work of a charity called ‘Teenyoga’ into secondary schools and elsewhere to help with social, physical and mental wellbeing.

I can’t wait to get stuck in so if you know a group or school who could benefit please do feel free to let me know!

Hello everyone. I'm being asked when my classes run and dates etc. I know things get very busy at this time of year with everyone planning their holidays so I thought I'd pop up my timetable over the next couple of months so you can schedule in some self-care over this busy period knowing I'll be there and where!

As always, anyone of any ability or no ability in yoga is welcome, so please do pop along to any class at anytime to come and find out how you can benefit from this ancient practice which has marvellous ways of strengthening the body, increasing flexibility and providing peace of mind too.
