Specsavers Maidstone Domicilary Home Visits were back at their favorite place Age UK UK Ashford, it is a local independent charity, offering lots of services for older people and their carers. The Community center offers a wide range of activities and entertainment in addition to freshly cooked meals and a hairdressing service. Age UK are also pleased that we will be offering out hearing services from October !!!

I also went to Tonbridge Specsavers store last night to talk to Tonbridge & tonbridge Wells Specsavers stores about our Home visit Service we offer. Age UK are a local independent charity working with the community, they offer a range of services like activities in the day center, they help at home, and offering their support including a day break service for those living with dementia and carer respite.

Specsavers Maidstone Home Visits are delighted to be sponsoring The Ashford Indoor Bowls Club. I was delighted to meet Ian the Director of the bowls club who showed me around and met some people who play there. They said that without sponsorship the bowls club wouldn't exist, they love going to the bowls club for companionship to help ease the feeling of loneliness

Following the announcement of the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Monday 19th September , as a mark of respect our business Specsavers Maidstone Home visits will be closed on that day and will reopen as normal the following day.
