When you join a walk or any activity associated with Medway Health Walks or Ramblers wellbeing walks:Medway , you indicate that you accept that you walk at your own risk. In the event of accident or injury, however caused, you accept that no legal liability is accepted by:

the group
group organisers
organisations
individuals. Participants in group events are reminded that outdoor activities frequently need specialist equipment (for example boots and waterproofs) and these are not provided. Participants are responsible for assessing their own risk, the safety of themselves, and the suitability of any equipment used. Any medical conditions that may affect the participants during the walk should be notified to the group co-ordinator and walk leader before the walk.
