Yes one session may greatly reduce your current pain but regular sessions are the answer!

Regular massage acts as a maintenance to help keep your pain under control and as well as a preventative.

In our beautiful double treatment room we can see 2 people at the same time. (We can see children too but under 16’s must have an adult present) you can have a treatment as well or there’s plenty of space in the room to sit and wait)

Double treatments can be ANY 2 treatments so you can both choose different if you wish. (Must total same duration though)
