A Sports Massage treatment shouldn't be painful.

In my clinic I work to ease aches and pains, to increase movement and to help recovery and maintenance from sport. My aim is always to do this without causing my clients more pain and discomfort. As a Soft Tissue Therapist I am trying to get the muscles to relax, to ease any tension and allow improved movement. I do use deep tissue techniques but I apply these slowly and in a controlled way so as not to cause pain.

After months of training I ran the Brighton Marathon at the weekend 🙌. I was really happy with my time of 3:46:47 which was much faster than I expected! I did a lot of my long training runs with and we were able to run most of the race together 👍. It was lovely to celebrate our achievement after with my husband (who also ran the 10km) and her family. It was a really great weekend ❤️
