I’ve found myself recommending Magnesium a lot this week, it has SO many benefits!

Magnesium is key in supporting a lot of processes in the body (over 600 in fact!) including:
- Energy creation
- Protein formation
- Muscle movements
- Nervous system regulation

Magnesium has many benefits across such a variety of areas, these include:
- Boost exercise performance - it can reduce lactic acid build up
- Reduce/Improve DOMS (delayed onset muscles soreness) there’s also a great magnesium oil spray which can help with this, and other muscle related discomfort including restless legs.
- Improve quality of sleep - magnesium helps activate neurotransmitters which are responsible for calming the mind and body.
- Aid in fighting anxiety and depression (for the same reasons as improving sleep!)
- Reduce symptoms of PMS (I see all the guys rushing to the shops now to stock up! 😂)
- Help prevent and treat migraines. I personally only use magnesium now for headaches instead of paracetamol!

So to summarise, Magnesium is a much needed, key ingredient to a happy and healthy you!

It can be found in many foods, spinach, almonds, mackerel, salmon, cashews.. the list goes on! There are also supplement tablets available, and the magnesium oil spray for great direct relief.
