BSc MBiol Biology

BSc MBiol Biology Study Biology with the University of Greenwich and you'll be able to choose exactly what you study from across the very best of our courses.

Our four year, full-time undergraduate programme in Biology leads to the award of an MBiol Biology. The equivalent of a master's level qualification, this degree programme will allow you to explore topics across the biology spectrum, from human physiology and disease to ecology and global warming, and from neuroscience and cancer biology to global food security and crop physiology. With course options on offer from the World-leading research scientists in the Natural Resources Institute (NRI), the human physiologists and molecular biologists in the Department of Life Science, and the pharmaceutical experts from Medway School of Pharmacy, you'll have the option to completely customise your degree from your second year onwards, choosing exactly what you want to study. You'll be fully prepared for a career in research, government policy, industry, biotechnology or even to apply for degrees such as Medicine or a PhD.

Recently 's first year student had a field trip to the Natural History Museum, London. While they were there they were using specimens and information in the museum to learn about Evolution and Ecological Fundamentals.
