Perfect timing for this one really.. I am finally offering Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) treatments! Also known as the ‘Vampire Facial’ 🧛🏻‍♀️🩸 after the best training day with 👏🏻

This treatment is a autologous procedure meaning ‘from your own body’. The advantage of this is significantly lowering risk of reactions compared to man-made substances.

It involves a small amount of blood being drawn before being processed using a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells.

This biological substance is basically LIQUID GOLD ✨ Key components include growth factors, adhesive proteins along with enzymes involved in healing 🧬

PRP can be used for the following:
* Skin regeneration and rejuvenation
* Brightens complexion
* Helps reduce dark circles and fine lines around the eyes
* Improved texture and tone
* Minimises pores, acne scars and pigmentation
* Improves stretch marks - promotes new cell production
* Promotes tissue remodelling - scar tissue such as c section scars

The treatment process involved:
1. Consultation - assessment, treatment plan
2. Venepuncture (blood collection) like a normal blood test
3. Centrifugation - blood is spun to separate the PRP
4. Administration - injected/microneedle into area of concern
5. Recovery - mild side effects including redness & swelling - full aftercare given on consultation
