A New Phase
Twisty Twirly Yoga (Facebook - Yoga and Reiki In Medway) now also Twisty Twirly Energy Medicine as we expand our horizons with other services and providers at our Spiritual home at Fort Luton.
Twisty Twirly is me, a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher - Laura Hayward. (Laura Norder on facebook) and I have been teaching the practice of Hatha Yoga since 2010. Yoga can be used to benefit our lives in many many ways, to increase our physical capacity, to concentrate the mind, create emotional stability, and to further our own self-enquiry. I have recently taken a further teacher training course in Yoga Nidra with the Independent Yoga Network, working with teachers of 30+ years of experience of this very special therapeutic “sleep” state.
My personal journey of the soul has taken me to discover the joys of dancing from tap-dancing to Chakra dancing, 5 Rythms, Shakti-dance, Goa trance and Ecstatic dance and also a great love of drumming. I have also studied Martial Arts - Ninjitsu and Tai-Chi and became a Reiki Master /Teacher 10 years ago.
I have learnt from some amazing Wise Women working within a Shamanic framework and now co-host Shamanic Womens Circles and Shamanic drumming circles which form a devotional honouring of the Natural World.
