A small adjustment, a big difference.

Last week, Adam our Product Advisor, visited a family who have been using a RAZ AT since 2023. It was also the first time their current OT had seen one in person.

The user has a spinal curvature and the seat had always been used in a neutral position. The family didn’t realise we could rotate the seat laterally as well as adjust depth.

Adam talked through the features, but more importantly, they tried them.

Using the iPAS control, the seat was rotated slightly to support the client’s posture and bring him back towards midline, without adding pressure to his hips.

When he sat back, he simply said, “That feels so much better.”

It was a reminder that good equipment is only part of the story. Understanding how to adjust it for the person in front of you is what really changes comfort, dignity, and safety.
