Morning Lovely Clients
I just wanted to post a little message on here to clarify a few things. I know it’s summer and things are getting busy.
I do not and will not ever knock on a clients door for an appointment/slot UNLESS it has been confirmed by the client before.
I will not call you if I don’t hear from you.
It’s not down to me to chase people should they be late, not reply and not confirm.
I will message you on the day of your appointment out of courtesy. If you can’t make the appointment, the deposit is non- refundable as it’s within the 24 hours. You’re more than welcome to book in again, I just keep the deposit.
For those in Kent -
I am driving back from Nottingham 2.5/3 hour drive (normally straight from work) which means I don’t arrive in Kent in until gone 9pm dependent on traffic. This is too late and outside my working hours (we all have a life).
So if you’re the first one on the Saturday or Sunday, the message will be early, assuming you’ve remembered you’ll be awake and able to reply within the time frame for the appointment anyway.
I am a mobile business and a woman at that, so it’s for my own safety that this is how it is.
Due to past experiences it has worked well that way since I began this business several years ago.
I will aim to be at your house 5-10 minutes before the appointment, if I do not hear from you within the first 15 minutes after the appointment time, that appointment will be void and the deposit is non-refundable.
If you were attending a clinic or any appointment this is how it works, just because I’m mobile doesn’t make it different.
We all have bills to play & genuinely when I’m back, I’m super busy fitting all my clients in around family time, etc.
I only run 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2 hour slots, no less as it financially is not viable.
All prices are per person.
50% deposit is to be taken when you book in to allow you to have the slot booked. If you want to pay the full amount, that’s absolutely fine.
