On Friday, The South East team came together today for a fun-packed and productive day focused on development and leadership.

Through scenario-based discussions, the team challenged their thinking around how good practice can be shared and embedded across our branches. Plenty of great ideas were exchanged… and some amazing cakes enjoyed too! 🍰

✨ Happy New Year from everyone at Medway! ✨

As we step into 2026, we would like to wish everyone a very happy New Year and a healthy year ahead.

This is also a perfect moment to reflect on what an amazing year 2025 has been. From raising money for a range of fantastic charities to supporting our local community and environment, whether through donations or helping keep local footpaths safe by sweeping leaves, it has been a year full of purpose, teamwork and plenty of fun along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the year. We truly could not do it without you.

We would also like to give a huge thank you to our incredible care team for your continued hard work and dedication. Come rain, snow, storms or even the occasional blazing heat, you always deliver outstanding care in the community with warmth, compassion and a welcoming smile. Your commitment to supporting those in need does not go unnoticed 💙

We have made so many great memories and taken part in some fantastic events in 2025 and we cannot wait to see what 2026 brings. Here is to another exciting year ahead.

It’s that time of year again! 🎄

We’re encouraging all our staff to take part in Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 11th December in support of Save the Children.

Every year we see an amazing effort from our staff anf the people we support, and we’re confident this year will be another fantastic opportunity to come together, have some fun, and raise money for a brilliant cause.

Congratulations to Lisa on receiving her certificate of registration! ✨✨

Lisa began her journey with Agincare at just 21, delivering care and building her knowledge from the ground up. Through hard work, determination and a passion for learning, she quickly progressed within the office, taking on roles as field care supervisor and deputy manager.

Lisa has embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and her positive attitude is contagious.

We’ve watched Lisa grow from strength to strength, leading her team with confidence, passion and care.

Cathrine received a beautiful compliment and a true reflection of her character.

‘She is so kind and empathetic. i am autistic and bi polor with eupd and she has calmed me down many times when I didn't want to carry on. It's very hard for me to adapt to people and I see her as part of my family. She goes above and beyond her duties. I don't know what I would do with out her visits. I have had other care agency's before here and I have had to change them as they treated me like a number. Catherine treats me like a person and listens to me. I believe she is the best carer I have ever had and deserves recognition to show that we notice her hard work’
