STAFF UPDATE!!

These past few weeks here at Choice & Harmony, we have been inundated with so many new additional service users and just as many enquiries, we are over joyed to once again be able to have the opportunity to extend our C&H family!

Some of you many recognise him, and for those that don't, we would like to welcome back Luke! After taking a few years away to explore all that life has to offer and raising his son, Luke is officially back with the team and the service users couldn't be more excited to see him again! If you see him round the building feel free to say hi!

Choice & Harmony are proud to once again be able to say we have passed our Health & Safety Inspection, Fire Risk Assessment and HR Review of 2025 with flying colours!

Even though we are unable to to be regulated by CQC (through no fault of our own) we work alongside and as near to the guidelines as possible, setting an amazing standard across our company as a whole and that is something we are VERY proud of!

Who said management never get involved in the things we do at the centre? 😂😂😂

We would like to introduce to you to part of Choice & Harmony's Management team... Leigh-Ann, Karen and Paula.

Leigh-Ann Stone - Our Business Director, the driving force behind our company's success with everything that goes on behind the scenes including HR.

Karen Mitchell Klimcke - Our service Director, another driving force behind our company's success and the lead in all service user related enquiries.

Paula Walker - Our Centre Manager, who brings her vast knowledge and experience to our team. With a huge passion for all things service users based.

It's doing things like this, that remind us all (including management) to slow down, laugh and to appreciate all the little things! And the results really do reflect the atmosphere here at C&H!!
