A MASSIVE well done to all the staff at Baines Care for donating £120 for BBC Children in Need. Baines Care matched this with another £120, giving a total of £240!!

The staff donated money to dress in pyjamas for the day and go out into the community to care. Bringing a big smile to the service user’s faces and having fun while working ☺️

The sun is out, and hopefully here to stay, but it's important to stay safe.

Here are some simple tips to help you enjoy the weather and stay healthy:

1. Use sunscreen of at least SPF 30, on all uncovered parts and top up regularly. Wear hats and loose fitted clothing.

2. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

3. Take time out from the sun to avoid heat exhaustion, find a cool place to rest

We require carers for day /evening and weekend shifts, full training and PPE will be provided.

The key responsibility of the role is providing personal care to our service users.
