Dear Ms Wilson,
As a family, we would like to thank you and your team for all the excellent care you gave our mother, Marie Siddous, this year and especially during the past few days which were difficult for all of us. We thank you for your carer’s support not only for mum but for all of us. Every one of you contributed to the quality of her life by making her comfortable and being cheerful and positive. We know that she looks forward to your visits and was interested in all of you, which gave her something to talk about and feel engaged with life. For the moment she is in the hospital so we are not sure what will happen next on behalf of Paul and Jocelyn, Nicola, and Micheal and myself.

I apologise for the time it has taken me to contact you but time has just run away with me. I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that my father, Peter Fox, passed away on the 14th of February 2018. He was transferred from Medway hospital to the wisdom Hospice and then a few days at Valley View Nursing home, his condition worsened very quickly but he didn’t suffer. As your care for dad ended very abruptly when he was taken into hospital, I just wanted to let you know we were so pleased with your care and attention you gave dad at home, it was far better than any other carer service we had dealt with in the past for both mum and dad.
