At times life can be challenging and stressful affecting our physical and mental health. Work, family, relationships, identity, culture, bereavement and loss can affect us. We can be left struggling to cope with daily life, feel alone and lost. Overwhelming emotions, numbness, feelings of insecurity or anxiety can exhaust us. Negative thoughts and behaviours, which are all too often repeated, leav
e us feeling trapped, isolated, lonely and with nowhere to turn.
You are not alone. Talking to someone outside of our circle of friends and family can often be beneficial. Helping us to see more clearly and find ways of coping. I provide a confidential space and a therapeutic relationship of warm non-judgemental respect. You can talk freely and openly and explore any difficulties or challenges you may be facing. Sometimes talking can be enough to find understanding and see things more clearly. I can support you to utilise your inner strengths and resources, to find solutions and make positive changes in your life.
