How do you like to ‘fill up your cup?’☕️

Stress can have a significant impact on our wellbeing and with April being Stress Awareness Month, it’s a great reminder to ‘check in’ with ourselves.

Do you need to give yourself a little bit more time, love and care? 🥰

We have lots of wonderful conversations within our sessions around stress and energy management, as well as how to navigate heavy emotions and challenging times of life using helpful tips and strategies.

Very often, small actions can go a long way. 🙌🏽

We’ve reached the end of term at the RCE Wellbeing Hub and whilst we’ll be having a short break from our sessions, we’re already looking ahead to next term! 🤩

(The Wellbeing Discovery Programme will still be running this Wednesday!)

Our first week back we will be offering 2 face to face sessions.

🔹 Tuesday 14th at Aspire, Peterborough

Yesterday Claudia and Frankie were at Barchester - Bayleaf Care Home sharing more on RCE Wellbeing Hub and the courses we offer ahead of our deliveries starting in April.

For Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we wanted to ‘debunk’ some common myths around Neurodiversity!

As a society, we’ve come a long way in what we know about neurodiversity but we do recognise there is still so much more we can do!

😴 WORLD SLEEP DAY is approaching- Friday 13th March 😴

1 in 5 people in the UK aren’t getting enough sleep.

Sleep is so important for our wellbeing and is the time our body and mind rests, repairs and restores itself.

We’re very excited to be teaming up with Barchester - Bayleaf Care Home! This Presentation is open to all in the Peterborough/Cambridgeshire area so please do feel free to join us!
