I don’t normally write post like this but when you are a small business and you are asked for an appointment to be moved to another date and you do it out of good practice, then the client does not show up or contact you. It’s just rude

I work to pay bills just like everybody else and keep a roof over my families head, I work hard, when a client doesn’t turn up it’s taking money away from something else or I could have given the appointment to someone else who does need it.

Please have consideration for the small business owners who work hard
