Evidence based treatments for chronic pain meets holistic wellbeing support for all life's challenges. I specialise in horses and riders, but also offer advanced clinical massage for chronic pain, sports massage and aromatherapy massage, to suit all needs. Services for animals include sports massage, rehabilitation and reiki.

Package 2: Centaur Membership – suitable for existing clients on regular maintenance.

A free of charge membership for existing clients only that provides:
• Monthly sessions, based on Jing principles without requiring the full protocol
• 10% off Neal’s Yard and Weleda products
• Access to on-line booking (coming soon!)
• Access to on-line resources (coming soon!)
• Priority booking for cancellations (via What’s App Broadcast)
• Switch to a six week full Jing package for new injuries/issues at no extra cost
£48 per monthly session, minimum of 9 sessions per year to qualify. Sign up is required for GDPR purposes (see comments).

Just a quick heads up that I will be finishing on 7th December this year. I've not had a break all year, and I've been trying to juggle three day job roles, as well as my course, so I am definitely in need of some sun, sea and sand!!
Next year I will be reverting to my usual hours, so there will be plenty of space for everyone!

Back from another amazing week at Jing Institute of Massage & Complementary Medicine , which means I have loads of things to update on but will probably forget! 🤦‍♀️
But one super important thing I want to mention. This week we learned a very safe, gentle but effective protocol for people who may be at end of life, or perhaps undergoing aggressive chemo. This means they can still experience the benefits and comfort of human touch at a time when they might need it most.
I felt quite emotional at the though of being able to support someone at such an important time ❤️🙏
