My answer… “in-person” - come to one of my self-hypnosis workshops and learn it in-person. What can it do?… as much as your imagination can do!

PAIN… did you know that pain is an opinion and not fact?!

What if you could completely remove your pain or turn it down to a 1 or a 2! How will that change your life?

Do you know where pain comes from?

Do you know how pain works?

If you stub your toe on the door, it’s your brain that decides how much pain you should be in! It’s your brain that has the opinion and then creates something called Substance P, which makes you feel the pain.

Pain Education is one of the first steps in getting the pain under control. Hypnosis is the second step and hypnosis has an excellent track record for reducing and eliminating pain.

ANXIETY... would you like to get rid of Anxiety? If you answered yes, consider this..

If you want to get rid of anxiety, your brain will automatically object to this.

We all need a level of anxiety in our life to survive. Anxiety is part of our fight or flight response. If we were faced with a big dog chasing us, we would want our anxiety levels to respond and kick in quickly enough to be able to make us run away! If we had a big scary dog growling at us and we had no anxious response at all - well, that's not quite right!

Now that you appreciate that we may need some 'anxiety' at certain times, consider this... How much anxiety do we need? How much anxiety do you display?

Sometimes our anxiety responses can be a bit off-kilter and we behave in an extremely anxious manner when we probably didn't need to.

Anxiety is not something that you have - you behave anxiously - you don't have it, and as I always like to say "Can you put it in a wheelbarrow? No, that's because it's not something that you have, it is something that you do."

The word "Fail" can have lots of negative connotations attached to it (If you choose that perspective) OR the word "Fail" can have lots of positive connotations (if you look from the other side of the beach ball)

Once there was a time when you couldn't walk or ride a bike but now you walk, run and cycle!

Once there was a time when you couldn't write or do maths but when I say 2+2 is? ... 4 instantly comes to your mind!

We are not born instantly able to do everything. How boring would that be!

Sometimes we stop ourselves form doing something because of our fear of failure, when really FAILURE is simply FEEDBACK! Feedback of which bits need tweaking to achieve success and as Albert Einstein said...

"Failure is Success in Progress"
