Eden Herbs is a family-run traditional Chinese medicine clinic offering acupuncture, deep tissue massage and Chinese cupping therapy alongside herbal medicine, food therapy and dietary advice. The Chinese theory of health diagnosis is very different to a Western approach and is founded on the principles of balancing Yin and Yang, and establishing a smooth flow of Qi and blood around the body and organs. Illness occurs when there is an imbalance of Yin and Yang and stagnation of Qi and/or blood. Many factors can contribute to this imbalance, including stress and emotions. Eden Herbs aims to focus on the entire mind and body, seeking a combination of treatments to address emotional and physical ailments. Specialising in fertility, IVF, cancer aftercare, remedial/sports massage, severe back pain, stress, depression, skin problems, weight loss and more!

Eden Herbs temporary closure

According to the U.K. government’s decision regarding the coronavirus, we have decided to close our clinic from Friday (20/3/2020) to help delay the virus. We will not be able to open until the government gives further notice. Please email us at edenclinic@hotmail.com if you require any herbs or tablets and we will post it to you.

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this action has caused, however it is in the best interest for the public.

We're dedicated to your health and safety

In this current situation, we know there are a lot of uncertainty and concerns felt by everybody. Our main priority here in Eden Herbs is to protect the safety of our patients.

We are continuing with rigorous cleaning regimes in our clinic, and have more frequent cleaning in place for regularly touched areas. Our members of staff will be wearing face masks to ensure no one feels discriminated against if someone in the vicinity coughs, and all patients will be asked whether they have travelled abroad within the last 3 weeks.

Case study of the week

Age: 33

Main complaints (before treatment): Multiple miscarriages early on in pregnancy. No problems getting pregnant, but staying preganant proved to be a problem. I was quite weak physically (due to miscarriages) so Eve gave me tablets and acupuncture to boost my fertility and overall strength. She also closely monitored body temperature etc. to aid in finding the best time to conceive.

Remarks (after treatment): Over the course of my pregnancy, Eve provided me with tablets and suppressed morning sickness, acupuncture, massage and specialist foods, all of which contributed to a successful pregnancy. We now have a beautiful little boy, Luca, and I am in no doubt that without the help of Eve and the team at Eden Herbs, we would have continued to struggle to achieve this.
