There’s no magic formula for tackling obesity and I wish there was, because life would be a lot easier.

What I do know, from supporting hundreds of women over the years, is that your journey will look different to everyone else’s and that’s absolutely okay.

Hi, my name is Karen, after having my children I found it very difficult to lose weight. I have tried many diets and none of them seemed to work for me. I felt fat, frumpy, lacking in energy and had low self esteem. Then I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan! It was easy to follow, I lost the weight and managed to keep it off for the first time ever. I loved it so much I became a Consultant.

It doesn’t matter if you have a little or a lot to lose, male or female, I will be there for you every step of the way with a kind and empathetic approach.
