I currently have a space available for a CBT session or parent session.

I specialise in neurodiversity, anxiety, health anxiety, GAD, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting courses and parenting neurodiverse children and teenagers.

I also have 1 space for an autism assessment this month

Due to the current changes on the right to chose pathway. With all referrals going back to the NHS. We are aware that nationally the waiting list are about to increase.
We have opened up more assessments slots for people seeking a private assessment.

For more information please look at our website and there is a free autism screening questionnaire on there. Which will screen whether an assessment is required.

New for 2025 is autism awareness CPD training for schools.
We have a primary and secondary school training program.
This will cover the following.
Identify autism in pupils.
How autism in girls can look different
Different developmental stages.
How to screen a pupil
How to approach a parent/guardian
How to refer
Making education accessible for pupils.
Classroom management, environment management and planning.

We can also cover individual cases to discuss with SENCOs.

How to work together with pupils, parents and agencies.

As 2025 is approaching we want to share that we have 4 spaces for autism assessments in January left.
One space available on a Tuesday afternoon for either CBT, parenting or autism awareness course.
