Hot flushes. Mood swings. Guilt. Let’s talk about the one no one names.
Sound familiar?
The hot flushes.
The outbursts you didn’t mean.
The chocolate you swore you wouldn’t eat.
The exhaustion you can’t explain.
The shame spiral that follows.
This season of life peri/menopause can make you feel like your body is betraying you.
But what if it’s not betrayal?
What if it’s a signal… that your body needs more compassion, not control?
You don’t have to love the symptom.
But you can love the woman moving through it.
And when you do, your body feels it.
Physiologically. Emotionally. Energetically.
That’s where healing begins.
Not when the symptoms stop.
But when the self-blame does.
💭 So here’s your invitation:
Next time the shame voice shows up… pause.
Breathe.
Ask yourself —
“What if I allowed this? What if I wrapped my arms around the woman I usually judge?”
Because the most powerful healing often starts,
not with doing more.
But by choosing to be kinder to yourself and loving yourself on a deeper level.
