I like to put towels down on the floor so dogs can have the after bath zoomies or roll around after they have been washed, it’s nice to see dogs displaying their natural behaviour.

Meet Daisy, she is my own dog ☺️. She is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Border Collie, so two double coated breeds and OMG has she been shedding hair over the last couple of weeks, it’s been unbelievable!
I gave her a really good scrub in the bath today and a blast with the dryer to get all the dead undercoat out, my cabin is now covered. I was tempted to send her to another groomer so they could deal with the mess 😂😂🫣
I can highly sympathise with all the double coated breed owners at this time of year!

If you are at a loose end this afternoon and want to come and watch something very entertaining, the annual Log Chopping Competition is taking place in the field opposite the Black Horse pub, there is an outside bar and food van to keep you fed and watered too!
