so, i’ve been saying i was ‘waiting for the perfect space’ to start offering reflexology/reiki sessions again.
but someone recently pointed out that i have actually been avoiding it.
avoiding because of fear.
fear of starting something new, fear of failing, fear that no one would show up.
and they were right. i’ve been putting it off, waiting for the ‘perfect’ moment but there is no perfect moment.
it’s not about waiting for everything to fall into place, it’s about showing up now, with what i have, where i am.

life isn’t about that ‘when i do this, then i’ll do that’ mentality. it’s about the journey, the right now.
so, i’m stepping into this moment, and i’m ready to offer reflexology and reiki, if you’re ready to be present and let go of what’s holding you back, let’s do this together.

𖥸 happy saturday everyone 𖥸

just popping on to say a quick sorry if i’ve missed any messages, i’ve taken some time off work for personal and health reasons

a trapped nerve in my neck and shoulder hasn’t exactly made giving treatments easy 😅 but we’re working on it!

in the meantime i’ve been creating a new space for treatments, still at my home but you’ll have to wait and see!
i am very excited 👀✨
