I currently volunteer in a hospice supporting & treating cancer patients with gentle massage, some of whom are end of life, as well as pain management for out-patients and relaxation for family members and carers. .

My alternative & spiritual approach enables me to work and ‘talk’ to your nervous system allowing for healing to take place on all three levels of the mind, body and spirit, enabling you to let go of anything no longer serving you. People often report feeling lighter as if a layer has been lifted.

Sneak peak of my new Summer Solstice energy cleansing bath salts! Smells like lemon drizzle cake (or rum cake if you’re my husband 🤭)

All products I handcraft from the aura mists to the oils down to the bath salts are infused with crystal energy healing tinctures which are prepared separately and then bottled up! Happy birthday Florence Nightingale! Today I treated 5 nurses/members of staff for International Nurses Day! Much like us therapists, nurses are not great at getting self care so it was lovely for them to all get 15 mins each.

When you have an ability naturally, you don’t shout about it as it’s something you’ve always had and so it doesn’t feel like anything ‘special’ . And not being felt safe to be seen and heard has been a big block for me my whole life. I was the mouse, the one who never spoke up, who adapted my conversation and persona to others and never to myself. But get me in a room with one or two other people and I could and can talk for England! At work Is where I can be me and allow my full potential to be realised and for others to feel and see me for who I am.

However, there comes a time in life you do have to speak up for yourself in a crowd to get noticed. Thankfully I have such wonderful clients who have done that for me and given me a head start. Thank you all for taking the time to leave such detailed reviews.

I have always had an innate connection to spirit and to automatically raise my frequency quickly around others when needed. So when I carry out my alternative way of massage, it isn’t just a regular massage where you feel great at the time but then go home and the pain is back within a day or two, it’s long lasting.

My energy field is altering your energy field ( via piezoelectricy) and raising your frequency up a notch. This automatically regulates your nervous system and your body ( through your fascia ) & sends messages of safety. Your pain signals reduce and your energy can flow again. This is the reason why I have such high success rates for reducing pain and why I am now working in a hospice to evidence the work I do with the nervous system for pain reduction. I work with intention every time, through my heart, asking for spiritual assistance and I’ll visualise healing on every single person.
