Hi 👋

Thought I would say a quick hello and thank you to my new followers ☺️

I thought a little bit of a run down of useful info about me, what hours I work, how to book etc... Would be useful for anyone who is new and wondering what to expect.

It's hard sometimes going somewhere new and not knowing what to expect so I hope this is useful!

But if you have any other questions then just get in touch.

♥️ C L I E N T R E V I E W ♥️

It is always wonderful to get amazing feedback from clients. It is the greatest compliment and make me love my job even more.

I ask clients to give feedback after they have had a treatment with me, it is really helpful to new clients who are looking for the right therapist for them.

If you’ve had a treatment from me, and you have the minute to spare, then please leave a review really helps to grow my business & keep me busy.
You can do this on Facebook, Fresha or google - click the link in my bio.

Thank you again for choosing me and always keeping me busy. I appreciate all of you ❤️

A F T E R C A R E

The first piece of aftercare advise I will give you is to drink plenty of water for the 24 hours following your treatment. This is super important! Most of us arnrt getting our 2lts a day but post massage it is really important to hydrate, this is why 👇
-
💦 Water can help to reduce the muscle soreness following a massage.
💦 Water can prevent you from developing a headache following treatment.
💦 Water can help the lymphatic system to do its job and drain fluid and lymph.
💦 Water can help with cellular & organ functions.
💦 Water will prevent dehydration.
💦 Sipping water can help if you feel light headed or tired after your massage.

W H A T T O W E A R

You can wear whatever you are going to feel comfortable in, I want you to have the best experience possible and this starts with you feeling comfortable.

Nothing is essential but here are my recommendations;

Shoes that you can slip on and off easily

Nothing with a hard waistband, high waisted or with a belt

Shorts; if you are having your legs treated shorts are ideal as this means we can work the whole length of the muscle. The shorter the better and slightly stretchy is great.

Ladies; a bra with a clip at the back

Your treatment will start with you being completely covered by towels and only the areas of your body being treated will be uncovered.

There is a chance that we will incorporate some mobility or assisted stretching into your treatment so clothes at the flexible and stretchy, so they don't get in the way of this.

And don't warm jumper or coat for after!!

Ladies you do not need to apologise for your unshaven legs... if i had a £1 for the amount times someone has said this to me! You, 100% do not need to apologise for your body to me or any other therapist. We are focused on looking after you and giving you the best possible treatment, we are not thinking about hairy legs 🤣

I am taking a little time off over the Christmas period of enjoy time with the family and have some more than needed rest from work.

My dairy is back open from the 3rd of January working my normal days and times.

If you would normally book in for your massage towards the end of the month, make sure you get yourself booked in for the start of January instead.

It's starting to feel a lot like Christmas
How are we in December already? I feel like 2022 has just whizzed by in a bit of a blur!

I am feeling incredibly grateful for every single person who has booked an appointment with me this year, for everyone that has recommended me to others and my family and friends who have been my champions, always giving me the little boosts I have needed along the way.

I would not be where I am without everyone's love, support and kindness.

Looking forward to everything that 2023 has to bring and all the new and exciting opportunities that lay ahead.

Do you get enough rest?
