Can’t believe it’s been 2 weeks since meeting these hilariously deranged guys Ross McGrane & John Oakes. Wish Lauren had been there to keep it organised.

If any of the weekend breakfast firm want to have a treatment DM me. I’ll do a 1 1/2 hour treatment for price of an hour - but I will be asking a “slick boys” related question to confirm you’re a listener…..😆

We were visited by the incredible Sue from Perfect Pressure Therapies down at the Radio Essex studio for some treatments last week and it was UNBELIEVABLE!

Thank you to Sue and all the team, we will definitely be back in touch for more treatments in the future! But for now, we are both feeling super chilled…

This was me this morning, after getting mentioned on the Essex Radio breakfast show with the one and only . Not only did they mention Perfect Pressure on the message I sent, but also in the Rap Up too! Absolutely grinning from ear to ear. Can’t wait to see their show at the Dixon Studio on 22/10, it’s going to be a chaotic riot. Who knows maybe I will get some famous clients too??🤩 Seriously, if you don’t listen to these guys already, give it a go, they are the funniest pair ever.

Good Evening. I am excited to tell you that are hosting a Wellness Evening on September 22nd. The amazing and myself will be doing short talks to discuss how we can help your well-being, help you to help yourselves, and go forward to help others. All in all, a very helpful evening.😆. There will be refreshments provided, a chance to mingle, and a chance to look around the incredible “work near home” space that is Patch! Come along - you have nothing to lose!

New purchase for the salon today from the lovely SiRuss Spiritual Connections (AKA Essex Ghost Hunters) at White Elm Garden Centre, Bicknacre. Pop along and check out their wares. I tried to persuade Russ to come for a treatment, so nag him for me! 😝😀

Had a great day at the Mind, Body, Spirit event on Sunday with the Phoenix Holistic & Complementary Therapies team. I met some lovely clients, talked to some very interesting exhibitors and had a delightful piece of vegan Victoria Sponge cake! I couldn’t possibly comment about which of those three things I liked most….. 🍰😜
