We would like to update our patients with regards to service levels and apologise for the slightly slower service experienced in our pharmacy.

With the boots closures planned within Chelmsford we are having a hike in patients coming into the pharmacy. This together with staff sickness has meant we are backlogged.

Please do bear with us as we hire new staff and get them trained up.

We hope to get service back quickly to the fast efficient way you are all used to.
