If you’re constantly feeling like you look tired, even when you’re not this is usually why ⬇️

That shadow through the tear trough can be genetic. It can be structural. It can be thin skin, volume loss, pigmentation… or a combination of all three.

And for many people, it’s the one area that no amount of sleep, skincare or concealer ever seems to fix.

Tear trough rejuvenation is one of the most technically demanding treatments we offer. The skin here is delicate, the anatomy complex, and not everyone is suitable. Lax skin, significant puffiness or muscle herniation can mean filler isn’t the right answer and when that’s the case, we’ll always say so.

But when patient selection is right, and the focus is on support rather than filling, the improvement can be incredibly impactful.

In this case, we used Teoxane Redensity II a filler specifically designed for the under-eye area. It’s lightweight, flexible, and chosen because it supports the tissue without drawing in excess water or creating bulk. The aim isn’t to erase character or freeze expression, but to soften the hollow, reduce shadowing, and restore a more rested appearance.

Smile lines are notoriously difficult to treat and this is exactly WHY ⬇️

They’re not just lines that sit on the face. They deepen, scrunch and fold with movement.

These wrinkles can be challenging to treat on a face, especially when worsening on animation. Here we have used a super fine dermal filler to support the dermis and prevent the skin from over scrunching and folding when smiling, this will protect the skin quality long-term.

This client came to us wanting to look fresher but not entirely different. After a full, in-depth assessment, we identified subtle volume loss through the mid-face, alongside a need for better balance between the cheeks and lower face.

With thoughtful, full-face planning we are able to identify the most effective treatment for the desired result, which ultimately is to look and feel better!

By restoring support through the apples of the cheek and refining the jawline, we were able to gently re-inflate the facial fat pads, soften the under-eye trough indirectly, and bring harmony back to the face as a whole.
