As it is Mental Heath Awareness Week, I thought I would demonstrate a simple yet effective technique that you can use on yourself and your family to help reduce stress in the brain. The Cortices technique works to re-start healthy communication pathways within the brain and is a bit like re-booting a computer. It can reduce stress in the brain and the body so that your body’s own healing system can work more effectively. Try to fit it in to your daily routine and see what difference this simple technique can make to your overall health and well-being.
