Joanne Lampitt had her first ice bath today joined by her friend Laura, she was a little nervous as everyone is and mentioned she usually struggles to get her top half into cold water as she doesn’t like cold, adamant she wouldn’t do more than 30secs she went onto do over 4mins and loved it 😊 she’s already said she will be back and will tell her own clients about icebaththerapyessex, so happy for you 🙏❄️

Nielson is a regular ice bath client and I’ve got to know her and I asked Laura what her reason was for trying Ice Baths and she mentioned Chronic Pain, fatigue and for mental health benefits.

It is really interesting the different reasons people choose either ice baths, the infrared sauna or both. The best is when I get messages on how it’s helping 😊🙏

She’s always good fun and pleasure having her as a ice bath supporter, another one for the girls 💪🏻

Jason is a regular ice bather and he often comes with his wife Sam this time he had a nice head dunk after a good 15mins in the tank, hardcore season 🥶🥶❄️❄️

Iwona came for and infared sauna and ice bath with her friend, she hasn’t had an ice bath since October but still managed to set a really great time and left happy smiling and fully recovered 😊🙏❄️🥶

Chloe and cath from CM2 CrossFit came to try and ice bath and sauna, they really found it difficult but still gritted there teeth and did so well, they had such a laugh with each other and kept smiling and giggling 😄❄️🥶

Jacob, Ben, Alex and Roman all come round for a private ice bath and infa red sauna, all footballers looking to aid there recovery and we had a great laugh in the process, great bunch of lads, pleasure to have them

Philip came with his wife Laura for there first Ice baths and did amazing, Philip was a natural in the ice tub, Laura did really well to once she got the right song to motivate her, both have now had several appointments and are continuing to book up, great people 😊🙏
