Ngl I needed a bit of time away from posting on here cos things have been SHIFTINGGG… & I’ve learnt that sometimes you’ve gotta just let the universe do its thing without overthinking it…

Over the past few years you’ve probs seen me move between coaching & tattooing (sometimes doing both at once 😳) & I’ve spent a lot of that time unsure which main direction I was meant to lean…

Behind the scenes I’m currently training for my first Hyrox in March 🤪 & tbh I’m *finally* loving movement again, but in a way that feels right FOR ME… not something I need to teach or turn into content

Honestly, taking the pressure off of showing up as a coach has been SUCH a relief & I’ve been pouring the extra energy into my tattooing clients & artwork over on → 🙌🏼

Sooooo going into 2026 THIS Insta might become slightly more of a personal page for me… just lil snippets of the life we’re building (but maybe when it’s feeling interesting enough again) 😂

My coaching chapter will ALWAYS be an experience I’m proud of, & I’m soooooo grateful for every client & connection I’ve made along the way 🪐

It’s not really the end but actually just a ✨new era✨ yayyyyyy !!!

Past few years have held many periods of feeling lost & just wondering what life is all about…

…but I’ve learnt that the Universe’s plan deffo makes sense when you finally find the right person to share the journey with 🪐

Someone who is dedicated to continuously growing beside you…

Who treats you with respect, pushes you to be your best & is ready to put the work in to understand who you REALLY are 🫶🏼

This year has been one of the most challenging yet, but has also left me feeling BEYOND grateful to be ending it with this 10/10 man by my side ↑✨

And FYI it’s true that when you know, you know… even if it takes 7 years to realise 🤣🤍

Feeling happier within your body isn’t *JUST* about the PHYSICAL transformation…

Full focus is on feeding my mind with POSITIVE thoughts rn. Think I was stuck in the comparison trap for a lil while… (anyone else been stuck there too?!) …but I’M BACK & feeling like myself again !!!

Let’s talk BODY COMPOSITION & GLUTES 🍑

Left = heaviest I’ve EVER been (76kg)
Right = around 4kg lighter rn

If this was my own check-in comparison, I’d be saying 👇🏼
✔️ Waist is in
✔️ Upper arms are smaller
✔️ Quad mass is up
✔️ & MY FACE !!!! (what the helly)
(you can also see the difference in my back on my recent post)

BUUUTTTT the main thing I wanna point out is the difference in the shape of my glutes !!!

First pic → mostly fat mass (I mean… still a respectable size but sitting lower)
Second pic → THE RE-COMP IS COMING 🔥

I’m trying not to lose size (just body fat) & tbh it’s a hard balance to strike in a fat-loss phase - but worth it when the muscle starts showing through 💪🏼

Muscle literally changes the shape of your body… so this is your reminder that the scale can never tell the full story 💭

You won’t have seen this angle of me in a whileeee 🌚🌚

Mainly because I’d been HATING on it tbh…

& nowadays I don’t even see that as a “bad” thing anymore…

Cos that feeling FUELLED me to take the ACTION 🎯

Now 4 months down the line I’m PROVING to myself that the daily actions ARE paying off…

Sometimes you don’t realise how much progress you’re making until you look back (literally lol)

So DON’T ALLOW your mind to tell you “there’s no point” (I genuinely hadn’t seen the full difference until I compared these pics 🤯)

Where could you be in 4 months if you finally stuck to a plan then HEYYYYYYY??!!

Grateful that I’m feeling more like me again 🙏🏼

So I hear you’re training… but NOTHING is changing ???

Firstly → just showing up IS an amazing start 👏🏼 but the results you want WON’T come from winging it

Your progress needs DIRECTION…

& that DOESN’T come from your random workouts or “I’ll just see what I feel like today” vibes

To actually move the needle you need to be:

✓ eating to fuel
✓ progressing your lifts
✓ managing intake vs expenditure properly (not guessing)

Because if you want the physique you’re dreaming of →
you’ve got to PLAN + OPTIMISE + EXECUTE 💭💭💭

Self-reflection has always been a big part of who I am…

…but there comes a point where you can go so deep trying to “understand everything”
that you forget to actually LIVE inside your body…

& the older I get, the more I realise PEACE is the real flex:

peace in your body,
peace in your routine,
peace in your mind.

Bc once you feel grounded in yourself,
you stop needing external validation to PROVE anything.

Cos growth isn’t just mindset…
it’s choosing to back yourself physically AND mentally

The LIMITS we feel are usually just borrowed beliefs from people who settled for less ⚡️

You find out what you’re capable of the moment you choose to trust yourself & take the first step 🤌🏼
