We are seeking a compassionate and reliable carer for an adult female in Ilford.

**Job Opportunity: Wake-Night Staff Needed**

We are seeking two female staff members for a wake-night position in IP7. Candidates must be drivers due to transportation requirements.

**Requirements:**
- Must be a female aged over 21 (preferably over 25)
- Completion of mandatory training, including safeguarding, first aid, medication administration, food hygiene, and fire safety as a minimum
- Currently working towards or have achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children’s Homes, or an equivalent qualification as stated in Ofsted's children’s homes quality standards
- Must be confident in working independently in a challenging environment, specifically with females aged 11-17 who have emotional and behavioral needs
- Preferably trained in Team Teach de-escalation and physical intervention, as the young people can be extremely challenging

**Working Hours:**
- 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

**Additional Information:**
- Casual attire is acceptable
- Night duties will include tidying and maintaining the home in preparation for the next day
