Others are available but these were found with a quick search.

These recipes and ideas provide a good starting point but many standard recipes are milk free with minimal adaptation.

Interesting information with a quite a large study size. Slowly building the case that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to feeding babies and hinting of possible future change.

Giving solids as well as breast milk at three months resulted in fewer sleep problems for some babies.
