Our Story

Playing and coaching hockey to a regional standard, competing in the London marathon and in many triathlons I have had my fair share of injuries. Having spent plenty of time in and out of treatment rooms, it wasn't until I was referred by a friend to a therapist trained by The London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) that I realised the importance of hands on treatment and I began to appreciate the skills, knowledge and full understanding of the human body that my therapist had.

I studied for over a year at the LSSM under Mel Cash and his amazing teachers and in January 2018 I completed my certification in Soft Tissue Therapy (BTEC Level 5 NVQ).

I continue to work in the City which I love and I have realised that I will never give that up, however what the LSSM course, coaching and studying has taught me is that if you have a dream, follow it and make it happen. I have thoroughly enjoyed going back to University and studying and it has widened my horizons.

I work privately in the evenings and weekends from two treatment rooms - in Colchester and Ingatestone, Essex. I look forward to helping as many people I can to having a full and active lifestyle!
