Extending the learning journey in to the professional world, the Next Steps programme provides an additional opportunity to become a true professional therapist.
Our intention is to create a supported experience where we can mentor newly qualified therapists to gain valuable commercial experience whilst being able to offer treatments to those clients who would not normally choose to try them.
You can be assured that you will receive a caring treatment by a therapist who has achieved a regulated qualification after extensive training. This could be at our treatment room at Warners Farm, it could be that the therapist is working on a mobile basis and can come to you or it could be that the therapist has opened a home salon. The times and availability of some treatments will vary according to the therapists working hours and locations. This means that some times throughout the year there may be some treatments that are unavailable. We apologise in advance for any disappointment this may cause.
Therapists will work for an average period of three months before progressing to employment or setting up their own business. When booking treatments at the Phoenix First Steps Treatment Studio it is accepted that the confidence and treatment timings of the therapist will vary depending on their stage of development and training.
Treatments may be booked with our First Steps Therapists when you sign up to become one of our VIP clients - being a VIP client enables you exclusive access to our VIP Client Facebook and WhatsApp groups and it is here that you can book the treatments you wish to have. These groups will include the therapist availability and what treatments they can offer. Becoming a VIP client is easy - just head over to this link - when you become a VIP client you also get first access to our classroom appointments at Warners Farm so keep an eye out!
Our premises, Warners Farm, is quiet and provides free, easy parking! If you are booking with a mobile therapist we would ask that you make them aware of parking at your home and if you are booking one of our therapists at their home salon then they will discuss this with you too.
Please check treatment information and preventative conditions as we are unable to treat in some instances. We are unable to treat any clients who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy and in some instances will require a GP permission letter if undergoing medical treatment for some body treatments. If you have had surgery within 12 months this may affect your suitability too, so please do ask.

GEL POLISH

The first gel polish system to have matching mini nail enamels so you can touch up the colour as the nail grows, extending the life of your gel polish to three weeks on the hands and six weeks on the toes. We offer a complimentary removal if reapplication is booked at the same time (standard removal charge is £5.00).
HYDRATING TREATMENT

Add a luxury treatment to your gel polish treatment. An extra rich hydrating cream is massaged in to the hands or feet to replenish dry cuticles and leave the skin silky smooth.
