WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU:
No other coach has my unique combination of knowledge, personal and professional experience. Therefore, there isn’t another coach who can help you in the specific ways I can. I may not be right for everyone - but then I don’t work with just anyone. 1. I guide you through a process of discovering what you REALLY want and what’s REALLY holding you back. I can’t fix your life, but I CAN give you the right tools, instructions and mentor you while YOU DO IT. You’re a bright woman. If you could have sorted this out on your own, you’d have done it by now.

2. Next, I will show you how to apply tried and trusted principles to your individual set of circumstances and upgrade the four most important aspects of life. You ARE a totally unique individual, but there are certain universal laws which apply to everyone and life in general - therefore you do not have to re-invent the wheel to achieve what you want. I have devised and developed my approach over two decades. Because no other therapist or coach is me, no one else can offer you what I can.

3. Then - because nothing in the universe is static and life does not stay still, ONCE YOU ACHIEVE WHAT YOU WANT - YOU WILL WANT MORE! Identifying, clarifying and achieving what you want now, IS JUST THE BEGINNING. I will show you how to go that bit further in your personal and professional evolution.

It has taken 60 years of life experience, over 20 years of professionally working with 1000’s of people transform their personal and professional lives, to gain the wealth of acquired and tacit knowledge I have. It can sound like:
• “You’re too sensitive.”
• “I was just joking.”
• “You’re imagining things.”

Today is the LAST day of the FIRST month of the NEW year.
How has 2025 been so far for you?

January is expected to do a lot of heavy lifting. Maybe more than any other month!
With high expectations of fresh starts, new intentions and resolutions to make positive changes.
The full consequences of the overindulgence of the festive period making themselves felt; Whether it was overeating, drinking or spending - or probably all three.
And the impact of the all too common cry in December of ‘let’s leave that until the New Year”

It’s also still winter, with spring just a dim and distant future promise.
The New Year arrives, and with the very best will in the world, the old version of ourselves shows up.
The trouble is the old version of ourselves is no better equipped to do things differently just because of the date.
The old version of us is overwhelmed by the responsibility of all those expectations to do new things - or approach old things in new ways.
The old version feels the pressure to start doing what we know we ‘should’ and to stop doing what we promised ourselves we would.

No matter what your ‘inner critic’ tells you, fundamentally - there is nothing wrong with you!
By all means, make changes if you truly want to.
But rather than coming from a place of self-criticism and harsh self-judgement, come from a place of self-love and compassion.
