🍰 Come to our Bun in the Oven social: The Cake Meet on 8th Feb! 🍰

The Cake Meet is a chance to come and hang out with Linda and Luci and catch up. We would love to see you!

This is a meet up for all those who have completed a Hypnobirthing course with Bun in the Oven. We will be baking so there will be lots of cake (of course!) and drinks will also be provided.

Let us look after you for a couple of hours.

We are asking for a £5 donation per adult to help us cover the baking and hall hire costs.

🌟I absolutely LOVE this activity! 🌟

This is another one from The Hypnobirthing Handbook and it is BRILLIANT. It's called 'The Pre-Birth Bucket List' ... let me explain!

To put it simply, when you get closer to giving birth, you want minimal stress and maximum joy so as to raise your oxytocin levels (the hormone that gets birth going and makes you feel LOVELY). So it is really important you do loads of things that make you happy. Enter ... the pre-birth bucket list. It's fully explained in the pic below and I'd really encourage you to have a good go at this, it's so much fun.

I'd LOVE to introduce you to Luci! My absolutely awesome new sidekick.

As soon as I met Luci last Autumn I knew she would make the most incredible Hypnobirthing teacher. She has amazing energy and is a total natural. When you know, you know ... and with Luci I KNEW!

She has been training all summer and is bursting with knowledge and enthusiasm. We are teaching the October group together and then she is fully taking the reigns for group courses in November. Anyone who is taught by her is going to be so fortunate ✨️⚡️.
