Would you like a calm and comfortable birth – the way birth should be? Welcome to Bun In The Oven Birthing, a complete birth education programme for you and your birth partner. In my small, friendly classes you will learn simple but specific self-hypnosis, relaxation, massage and breathing techniques for a better birth, whilst meeting other expectant couples in a relaxed environment.. As a hypnobirthing mum myself, I know what a beautiful, relaxed experience birth can be. I am a certified practitioner and a member of The Hypnobirthing Association, i teach group classes at The Cheerful Chai Cafe in Chelmsford Essex or privately in your own home. I'd LOVE to introduce you to Luci! My absolutely awesome new sidekick.

As soon as I met Luci last Autumn I knew she would make the most incredible Hypnobirthing teacher. She has amazing energy and is a total natural. When you know, you know ... and with Luci I KNEW!

She has been training all summer and is bursting with knowledge and enthusiasm. We are teaching the October group together and then she is fully taking the reigns for group courses in November. Anyone who is taught by her is going to be so fortunate ✨️⚡️.
