This mornings breakfast a yummy açai bowl. One frozen sachet of açai puree dissolved in hot water and then added into my blender with a banana, spinach, frozen cherries, collagen and super greens powders and a tablespoon of almond butter. All ingredients blitzed together until it forms a mousse like consistency it was then poured into a glass bowl and topped with coconut, goji berries and seeds.
Açai berry is packed with antioxidants with benefits for the heart, brain and immunity.
