Hi everyone! Would you like to know more about Generalised Anxiety Disorder? I suffered with it in my early twenties, and I can tell you this anxiety disorder is truly debilitating. Because of my experiences I’m now an integrative therapist specialising in helping people overcome anxiety disorders and I run CPD courses for anyone wanting to learn more about mental health via my training company CTRN Training.
