I am very professional by nature and confidentiality is paramount. I aim to continually develop my knowledge and I am regularly attending courses in order to do this. I have a counselling room in Chelmsford City just off Moulsham Street and a room in Harley Street, London. I specialise in the area of Dementia and I have many years experience of working with Carers/family members who care for their loved ones who are suffering with Dementia. When caring for a loved one, our own emotions and feelings can sometimes be forgotten. However, by having the opportunity to offload it may help to come to terms with the loss of the person they were before Dementia. I also have experience counselling in many other areas, for example, bereavement, depression, anxiety and stress.
