I have worked with people from couch potatoes to Olympians for nearly 30 years, helping them all to reach their full potential. Would you like me to help you?

I have designed a training system that is adaptable to the busy lifestyle that you may have. And my love of gadgets and computer programmes have allowed me to place this training system inside a dairy that will be on your phone or tablet.

Who am I?

I am Cedric Levy. I came to the health and fitness world nearly 30 years ago after a successful career in 2 sports. I was the European Catholic Student Games Sprint Champion in athletics and later became one of the first "Players of the Year" in the British American Football League (BAFL).
