I am feeling very blessed to be with my mother today. She is 90 and we have been to visit my Dad in hospital with Lewy body dementia. These are precious moments in time.

Trapped nerves can be agony and signs of a more serious injury in your spine than back pain alone. They can be caused by damage, trauma or wear and tear. If you have these symptoms don't try and work through the pain, rest and use ice packs on the source of the pain for 10 minutes every hour ( always cover an ice pack with a tea towel). Better still book into see your chiropractor who will be able to get to the root cause of the problem.
