Wow… what a morning ✨

I know I say it all the time, but I truly adore running these meetings — and often have to remind myself that this is technically work 😉

Braintree was beautifully intimate this morning, and the synergies around the table were incredible to witness. Those moments where conversation flows, ideas spark, and something just clicks — that’s why these spaces matter.

Once again, I forgot to take photos (honestly, I get so caught up in the moment that I forget!), so I’ve chosen this image instead as it feels very representative of the energy in the room.

A huge thank you to our wonderful guest speaker , who gently guided us back into reconnecting our mind and body — reminding us of the importance of being more contemplative in our decision-making and, of course, allowing ourselves to feel.

Despite the hum of the coffee machine and the chatter downstairs, I personally found the short sound experience incredibly grounding and beneficial.

If you’d love to join us at an upcoming meeting, be sure to follow the link in my bio ⬆️

So grateful for this community 💛

This week we gathered After Dark and I want to say a huge thank you to .va for her beautiful, powerful and hugely important talk on letting go. One of those sessions that quietly stays with you long after you leave ✨

And now, we continue…

Next week we’re meeting in Braintree for a morning designed for women in business who want to grow without disconnecting from themselves.

Alongside our relaxed, pressure-free Sisterhood structure, we’re joined by Nicole Miles, Self-Leadership & Expansion Bodywork Coach. Nicole blends trauma-informed practice with body- and energy-based tools to help women reconnect with their truth, release what their bodies hold, and lead with confidence.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about leading differently.

New Year, New Way of Networking

January doesn’t need hustle.
It needs intention 🤍

If traditional networking has ever made you think “this isn’t for me”, you’re not alone.

One of our members recently described The Sisterhood perfectly:

“From the moment you arrive, Steph creates an atmosphere that feels less ‘networking event’ and more ‘gathering of friends you just haven’t met yet.’
There’s no pressure to perform or be the loudest voice in the room.
Instead, she designs her events with intention — structured connections that feel natural, conversations that have depth, and space for those who need to recharge.”

This is why The Sisterhood exists.

2026 isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about finding spaces where you can be yourself and still grow ✨

I truly hope that if you have been dubious about Networking in the past, that you take a leap and give my events a go.

The Christmas celebrations are behind us, and as we return to our routines, what if we paused long enough to let go before rushing into resolutions?

Let go of:
• What’s draining your time
• What no longer fits
• What you’ve been carrying alone

✨ On 6th January, our first Chelmsford After Dark of 2026 opens with exactly this theme.

🌟 Guest Speaker: Katy Smith – The Power of Letting Go
An interactive session to help you identify what to release, what to simplify and what to hand over — so you start the year feeling lighter, more organised and in control.

📍 City Space, Chelmsford

The festivities are over, and I’m sure, like me, you’re ready to get back to normality — back to business, back to focus… but with intention.

The start of a new year invites a quiet question:

✨ How do I actually want to feel going into 2026?

Not rushed.
Not overwhelmed.
Not forcing myself into rooms that drain me.

This is exactly why The Sisterhood exists.
Our networking isn’t about pitching, performing or pretending.
It’s about real women, real conversations, and building connections that actually support your business and your nervous system.

If 2026 is about intention, ease and aligned growth — you’re in the right place 🤍
Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing what’s coming up in January and why it’s the most supportive way to start the year.

✨I would love to see you in 2026, Steph xx

🎄 Merry Christmas to this beautiful community 🎄

As Santa 🧑‍🎄 begins his journey and Christmas Day arrives, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for showing up, for supporting one another, for sharing honestly, and for being part of a space built on connection, kindness, and growth. This community truly means more to me than I can put into words.

Whether tomorrow is loud and joyful, quiet and cosy, or a little bittersweet, I hope you find moments of warmth, rest, peace and collateral beauty amongst it, in whatever way feels right for you.

Wishing you love, laughter, and gentle moments with the people (and traditions) that matter most to you.

Merry Christmas 🤍

Steph ✨

What if some of the most painful moments in your life also held unexpected beauty, not because the pain wasn’t real, but because you were transformed through it?

I was absolutely delighted to be a guest on Sarah’s podcast a few weeks and even more excited that it’s now live! Info below on what we discussed and how to listen in 👇

In this week’s episode of the Unapologetic Mompreneur podcast, I’m joined by amazing Steph Grainger, who shares her powerful perspective on ‘collateral beauty’ - a concept sparked by a Will smith movie that has shaped the way she supports women to reconnect with who they truly are.

Therapeutic mentor and host of the Sisterhood Networking group, Steph walks beside her clients like a Sherpa, as they turn pain into power, embrace their truths, and create authentic freedom.

Using powerful life-transforming techniques, she helps them to break down limiting patterns, shift perceptions, and move confidently towards the life they long for.

Join us as we explore:

👉🏼 How joy and pain create the intentional women we are today
👉🏼 What it really looks like to reframe challenges into resilience
👉🏼 How to choose empowerment when life feels heavy
👉🏼 And… how to use your story as a landscape for growth, healing, and freedom so that you can become the powerful, intentional woman you are meant to be.
Tune in now on your favourite podcast player or head over to the for more info

Here’s to finding your collateral beauty. 💛

Can I ask a little favour?

As we approach the end of the year, I’m taking some time to reflect on everything The Sisterhood has become in 2025 — and how I want it to grow in 2026 as I start considering my expansion plans.
Your experience genuinely matters in that process.

I feel so privileged to run these groups, and I truly believe that holding space is one of my superpowers — but your feedback is what helps me shape these meetings into something that really serves you.

Whether you’ve been once or you come every month, I’d love to hear:
✨ What you enjoy
✨ What’s helped you
✨ How The Sisterhood has supported you
✨ Anything you’d love to see more of

Your words will guide what I take forward into 2026. 💛
Reply here or message me privately — whatever’s easiest.

Thanks. Steph xx

Our Story

If my bestie was telling you about me, she would say that I am passionate and loyal to the end (in fact if you cut me in half the word ‘LOYAL’ runs through me like a stick of rock), and that my drive to support women at hugely pivotal times in their lives is beyond measure!

One of my big “why’s” for doing what I do, is because I have been there. I have felt the isolation and fear of wanting to take a huge leap of faith, but not knowing where or how to even begin! I felt uninspired and muted and knew I had so much more to offer, but the fogginess of fear that can come from running your own business, can keep you in that safe and comfortable position, of always doing what you always do, and not getting anywhere fast (or at least I felt that way)
