💕💗bubbles of Mindfulness for today: I really love this one. I’m drawn to beaches and forests ( a couple of my favourite guided Mindfulness sessions use these settings) as I find them so relaxing and calming. I love being barefoot too and have learned to turn every page I’m stuck on and to find a way to make sense of those I don’t understand. Have a great day everyone. 💕💗
