Today there were a couple of extra interesting cases! Well actually I should rephrase it to interesting treatments or rephrase again to kinda out of the box treatments! One person had a combo of acupuncture and Mindfulness Based Inner Repatterning. Another had a combo of Acupuncture and then nails trimmed, filed and painted ( She lives alone and is post operative after fracturing her radius and ulna and was unable to do them herself) . Bottom line clinic is very client led and I’m so proud of that. Now that’s not to say you’ll all be leaving with glossy pink nails. However I’m guessing you’ll feel like how these clients felt being seen, heard, valued and treated

Sometimes we just have to mix things around to get results we want. Most Practitioners in all modalities have tons and tons of success stories. However sometimes some folk just don’t progress the way anticipated or hoped for. Numerous times I’ve worked with folk who have endlessly been attended other professionals to no avail. In this clinic we have no qualms about referring out. Ultimately what is best for your healing journey is a central ethos of ours .

Permit me to share a story with a couple of take away gems!
First take away is that this Practitioner is human! Remembered the before photos but not the afters so for now you have to take my word but will grab some after ones next week. Life lesson number 7391! Second take away gem is for you guys to be open Acupuncture as a great method of healing. This person has been struggling to varying degrees of intensity and severity with the right shoulder having restricted range of movement and pain for the past 18 months. It took minutes to free things up to get the angle from a stick 90degrees to possibly a 150 angle. Will She sustain this change?? That I couldn’t tell her or you. However when I treat next week we’ll build in wherever She is so the accumulative impact gets her the results She wants.

Celebrate life’s wins. For the client it is often regaining aspects of health back either improved movement, flexibility, agility or reduced inflammation/pain . For the Practitioner it’s serving/helping those who attend clinic enough that they 💯% recommend the service.

Sure it’s an oldie! But the chances of you having seen it are slim. All good for the share so. Being in awe for the successful results achieved is such a common occurrence in clinic, One I never tire of . It’s beyond humbling and a privilege being involved in another person’s healing journey.

This very kind review came from a client in her 80’s though easily passes for a decade younger. She is still in my books but only dips in occasionally as and when She needs a bit of support. Needles aren’t ageist 💚 the eldest client to date had travelled 94 times around the sun ☀️.

Turquoise Shirt Series 1 Episode 6 How many needles does it take to achieve a great treatment? Depends on the Practitioner for sure. In this clinic I’ve been studying for the past 4 years so currently it’s minimal needles used. However for a decade I studied styles like and the and with a lot more needles being involved. And guess what successes still happen either way.

Many many times I share care of clients with other health care professionals, with synergistic success. Manual manipulation or support alongside energy work can get beautiful results (though I highly advise for it not to be on the same day)
