Weekly for 2 years!
I’ve been with Emily through the depths of off-season for both of us all the way through 2 competitive seasons, I’ve made sure with the investment Emily has in me I give it back as best I can, Emily having this high commitment to looking after her physical performance and recovery has allowed her to be injury free without any posing imbalance too for the whole time we’ve worked together.
