Our recently concluded Christmas Market was truly unforgettable! From the donkeys bringing extra joy, to Mr Santa and his cheerful Elf spreading festive magic, and a talented music artist setting the perfect atmosphere 🎶🎅🫏

I just wanted to say a huge congratulations on officially becoming the registered manager of CCC. You truly deserve this. When you came into the home, everything changed. You brought stability, compassion, and leadership at a time when it was needed most. You didn’t just manage the home; you transformed it.
Your dedication, strength, and genuine care for the residents and the team have been exceptional. You’ve turned CCC around in a way that not many could, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything you’ve done.

We are proud to share that our Clinical Lead has received huge recognition for her outstanding delegation and high standard of clinical responsibility, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
In addition, our Deputy has been nominated by families and our Regional Manager for her delicate and dedicated work, setting a true standard of care.
As a Manager, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both of them for their hard work, compassion, and commitment. Their dedication makes a real difference every day, and we are truly grateful. 💙
