Hi Lila
I just wanted to say a huge congratulations on officially becoming the registered manager of CCC. You truly deserve this. When you came into the home, everything changed. You brought stability, compassion, and leadership at a time when it was needed most. You didn’t just manage the home; you transformed it.
Your dedication, strength, and genuine care for the residents and the team have been exceptional. You’ve turned CCC around in a way that not many could, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything you’ve done.
This registration is more than a title it’s recognition of the incredible manager you are. Well done, Lila. I’m really proud of you.

🌟 Celebrating Excellence in Care 🌟

We are proud to share that our Clinical Lead has received huge recognition for her outstanding delegation and high standard of clinical responsibility, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
In addition, our Deputy has been nominated by families and our Regional Manager for her delicate and dedicated work, setting a true standard of care.
As a Manager, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both of them for their hard work, compassion, and commitment. Their dedication makes a real difference every day, and we are truly grateful. 💙

Our Black History Month celebration in October was nothing short of spectacular! The atmosphere at CCC was filled with colour,rhythm and pride as staff and residents came together to honour black heritage, culture, and history.

It’s been a wonderful and colourful month of October here at Chelmsford care centre, filled with laughter, creativity,and relaxation. ❤️

Our residents have enjoyed a variety of engaging activities designed to uplift our spirits and promote well-being.From soothing aromatherapy sessions to friendly fun hook-a-Duck game.We also tapped into our creative sides of card making sessions where residents beautifully expressed themselves through colours and crafts.
